MANICURES & PEDICURES

At Zen, we aim for perfection in caring for your nails. We will indulge your hands with a soothing soak and massage to relieve tension and improve circulation. Nails will be shaped and cuticles crimped with precision and care. Quality polishes are used to get nails smoothed and looking their best.

Shellac Nails is the latest technological advance in nail care and the beauty world is raving about the results. In fact, this revolutionary product is changing the way women get their nails done. Shellac Nails look as good if not better than acrylic nails, but last up to 14 days without losing shine or shimmer. They are hard and do not scratch or smudge. When it comes time to take them off the nail, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3 and it does not damage the nail itself.

EUROPEAN MANICURE

European manciure: A dry manicure, so no soaking in water is required. The technique consists of very precise cuticle work, often involving a nail drill and other special equipment to clean and remove excess skin around the nail bed.

The European manicure technique removes as much skin as possible from the nail area, which leaves more room for polish. This results in a “cleaner”-looking finish and helps to extend the length of time between appointments, as the skin and nail take longer to grow back than with regular manicures

A European manicure can last up to four weeks using gel polish and 1-2 weeks for regular polish without needing a touch-up like a traditional gel or regular polish service

BIO GEL

Zen is professionally certified in offering Bio gel, giving you the choice of the most advanced treatments on the market today for transforming nails back to a youthful, beautiful appearance. Even the most cracked or worn nails can look natural and shiny again, and stay that way even after repeated polish removals.

Bio Gel looks as thin and natural as your own nails, but it adds strength, durability and protection. Bio Gel products are Five Star Safety Rated, 100% Vegan, has not been tested on animals, and are Five Free : free from harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DPT and camphor.

SCULPTURE POLY GEL

Similar to acrylic, poly gel can be used to sculpt, fill in or extend nails. However, there are differences, including the fact that poly gel is significantly lighter than acrylic (though it’s just as strong). It’s also different than a dip manicure, which is equivalent to granulated acrylic.

Sculpture Gel is a breakthrough nail enhancement that can be applied as an overlay or used to sculpt a full set of nails. It’s considered a hard gel that must be ‘sculpted’ or molded with a brush and can be applied over your natural nail or over a nail form to create and shape your own nail.

GEL-X NAILS EXTENSION

Aprés Gel-X™ is the world’s first soft gel nail extension system! Fast and easy to apply, Gel-X tips and extend gel are manufactured from cutting edge soft gel formulas for convenient soak-off capabilities. No filing needed, no dust, no odor, and no damage to natural nails!

DIPPING POWDER

Uses organically processed powder products to give you strong, durable nails with a shine that lasts. Non-toxic, no UV light, odor free, no harmful primers.

Dip powder involves dipping each finger into an acrylic colored powder, then painting on an activator polish as a top-coat that cures in the air. 2. Lasting power. When applied correctly, a good gel manicure can last, on average, for two to three weeks.

EYELASH EXTENSION

Our professionals can extend your eyelashes so naturally and seamlessly, nobody will know you received a little help from your friends at Zen. The application is safe, painless and relaxing. The extensions are precision applied to individual eyelashes hair by hair, not leaving any clumping. The long-lasting result will have you feeling beautiful and more confident in your overall appearance.

LASH LIFT & TINT

A Lash Lift and Lash Tint is the perfect dynamic duo to elevate, curl, and color your lashes in just one convenient appointment. Many guests prefer this service to the full set of lash extensions; the results are less dramatic (although still impressive), but it’s more affordable, faster, and provides easier upkeep.

A lash lift isn’t permanent. The effects fade with time, and after a few weeks, you may find yourself once again reaching for the mascara. In general, a lash lift lasts for around 4 to 6 weeks, but this can vary depending on your lashes and the type of lash lift you choose.

BROWS LAMINATION

Brow lamination involves the “perming” of your eyebrow hairs to provide a fuller, more even look. It can also help keep them in place after washing off any cosmetics you may wear. Here’s what’s involved in the procedure: First, your provider will apply a cream to your brows that aims to “lift” up your hairs.

Generally, brow lamination lasts from four to six weeks. Depending on how well you look after your brows, it can last up to eight weeks. After the four to six-week period, it’s recommended that you get your brows re-laminated in order to maintain the look over a longer period of time.
